Just B You Tee's is dedicated to ensuring that your tee's reach you in a timely manner. Please allow 10-14 BUSINESS days (excluding weekends and holidays) for orders to be processed and shipped. Shipping time does not include processing time. All orders are carefully packed and shipped as soon as possible. You will receive a conformation email when your order(s) has shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect shipping information. RETURN/EXCHANGE
At Just B You Tee's, all of our tee's are made when ordered. Please contact us within 24hrs of receiving your order with any issues. In order to receive a refund/exchange, the tee'(s) must be unwashed, unworn and returned in the same condition it was received. We are not responsible for shipping cost to return the product(s). We value your trust and want you to know that your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your shipment, please reach out to us at support@justbyoutess.com.
